We have established distribution facilities in Texas and Pennsylvania.  Toy Factory is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to manage all day to day responsibilities within the Pennsylvania Maintenance Department.

Under minimal supervision perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.  Maintain and improve facilities.  Supervisor Maintenance Technicians and Custodians.  Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required.  While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb ladders, and reach with hands and arms.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.  Four years related experience and / or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

Education and / or Experience

• Four years related experience and / or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Two years’ experience in supervisory role.
