Part-Time Position | 20 Hours per Week, occasional weekends
Location: Susquehanna River Valley Visitors Bureau, Milton, PA

Key Responsibilities:
As the Visitor Information Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of SRVVB, helping visitors discover the region’s attractions, events, and experiences. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors in person and over the phone.
- Assisting with brochure inventory, restocking, and fulfilling mail requests.
- Assisting with outreach calls to partners and customers.
- Researching and compiling special events from partner websites and social media.
- Creating engaging weekly and seasonal e-newsletters featuring local events.
- Supporting SRVVB projects, events, and initiatives as needed.

- Has a positive, professional attitude and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Is a self-starter eager to learn and adapt.
- Works well independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Possesses excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, search engines, websites, social media, and database systems.
- Knows the region well and can confidently provide clear directions and recommendations.
- Holds a valid PA driver’s license and can lift up to 35 lbs.
