Customer Service Representative
Service Electric Cablevision, a family-owned company since 1948, offering Internet, Television, and Home Phone Services, has an opening for a Customer Service Representative in Sunbury.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll interact directly with both new and existing subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, or in-person.
- Assist with billing inquiries, payments, and account management.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for internet and telephony issues.
- Offer excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and telephone skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced office.
- Knowledge of Internet/telephony systems and the SECV Sunbury geographic service area is a plus.
- Two years of related experience preferred.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
Rotating Saturdays: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
